A 24-hour strike has been announced for Friday, 30 October, at several Greek ports, including Piraeus, Rafina, Elefsina, Patras, Lavrio, Rio–Antirrio and Igoumenitsa. The action is expected to affect port activities in Piraeus, including operations at Piraeus Container Terminal (PCT).
Shipments scheduled through Piraeus may experience delays to container handling and related operations. Customers and partners are advised to take the announced strike into account when planning cargo movements and to monitor updates regarding terminal operations.
