- It provides both port-to-port and door-to-door services, ensuring the safe transport of all goods from start to finish.
- It provides air freight solutions, offering express freight services to all major airports worldwide.
- It performs road transport through its extensive fleet of partner trucks to serve its customers’ cargo deliveries to European countries, including Eastern Europe and Turkey.
A quality service for the Company involves the effective management and monitoring of the transport load, as well as the smooth provision of other services it undertakes, with the aim to:
- Fully understand the requirements, schedule, and individual procedures that must be considered before submitting a bid and signing an agreement
- Provide comprehensive services on pre-agreed dates
- Direct communication with customers to clarify issues and provide solutions
- Complete confidentiality regarding the information made available to the company for the completion of the work
In the same context, Information Security is a top priority to:
- Ensure the company’s full compliance with the relevant legal and regulatory requirements in force,
- Protect the interests of the Company and those who transact with it and trust it with the use and handling of their confidential data.
- Ensure the availability, integrity, and confidentiality of the information produced, received, and handled.
- Maximize the reliability of the company’s information resources.
The company’s CEO undertakes:
- To implement and maintain an Information Security Management System in accordance with the requirements of ISO 27001:2022. To continuously take all necessary measures to implement the Information Security Policy, to satisfy customer requirements and to comply with legislative and regulatory provisions.
- To continuously inform company executives about the information security policy and system, as well as the importance of their adoption for the company’s development.
- Not to involve the company in activities that may undermine the confidence of customers/suppliers/partners/employees/third-party certification bodies in its capabilities, integrity, judgment, and objectivity.
- To continuously work to improve the Information Security Management System it implements by setting objective information security goals.
- Provide the necessary resources to achieve the Information Security objectives and continuously ensure their fulfillment.
- Perform regular reviews of the Information Security Management System, monitor the implementation of the objectives set and ensure their continuous improvement.
The increasing demands of customers for quality and competitive services with value, as well as the reliable management of the information they provide, determine the Company’s policy, which is based on the following pillars:
- Experienced staff who are continuously trained in new systems and kept up to date with current legislation.
- Modern applications and equipment aimed at faster and more accurate service to corporate customers and the security of stored records and communications,
- Documented procedures aimed at more efficient and comprehensive service provision to customers,
- Protection of stored files, computing resources, and information circulating within the company’s services from any threat, internal or external, intentional or accidental.
- Systematic assessment and evaluation of risks related to information security, with a view to their proper and timely management,
- Data archiving, prevention of viruses and external intrusions, control of access to systems, recording of all security incidents, and management of unexpected developments.
- Continuous updating of management and staff on information security issues and conducting training seminars for staff.
- Compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements in the context of proper and appropriate customer service.
